Operate

The dispatch office in your pocket.

Whoever calls should get a car, not the voicemail of a driver who is off. The dispatch office is a number and a rule, not a person at a desk.

Telephony, WhatsApp and orders for the fleet

The problem

  • Customers call the mobile of a driver who is off today.
  • Nobody knows how many calls are lost.
  • An order is handed out by shouting, and two drivers go there.

How it works

  1. 01

    One number, many drivers

Company numbers for voice, SMS and WhatsApp. Calls go in stages to a driver, a group or all online drivers, one after another or at the same time, by weekday and time, with an announcement as fallback. The line's name shows when it rings.

  2. 02

    Everything in the log

Call list with statistics, unanswered calls as an alert. Recording with announcement and consent. SMS and WhatsApp as chat, email in the same inbox, fetched every minute.

  3. 03

    Order from the call

The driver creates the order from the conversation. Dispatch offers it to one driver at a time for 15 seconds, by arrival time at the customer, the app's heartbeat and waiting time. After five minutes without a driver the system warns. The company can assign by hand.

What it does not do

  • Pre-orders with departure time and outgoing calls from the app are in progress.
  • A live transcript of the conversation is not available.
  • The driver never sees the customer's number; regular customers are created automatically, with blocking and merging.

Questions

Do I need a new number?

You get a company number; your existing number can be forwarded to it.

What does a call cost?

Telephony runs through a carrier at its per-minute rates; the conditions are in the quote.

Are there order tariffs?

Yes: base fee plus price per kilometre, for all or specific cars. The driver sees the price when creating the order.
