2. Hosting

This website is hosted via Firebase Hosting (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google Ireland Limited acts as a data processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

As part of the hosting service, server log files are automatically recorded: IP address (anonymised after a short period), URL accessed, referrer URL, timestamp, data transferred and HTTP status code.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the stable operation of the website).
Retention period: In accordance with the default configuration of Firebase Hosting (typically up to 30 days). Log file data is not passed on to third parties.
Data transfer: Processing takes place within the EU/EEA on the basis of standard contractual clauses.

3. Contact Form

When you use the contact form, the following personal data are collected: name, company, email address, phone number (optional), message. These data are used solely to process your enquiry and are transmitted by email to team@meinetaxis.com. No data are passed on to third parties.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).
Retention period: Enquiries are stored for as long as necessary to process and follow up, but for no longer than 3 years, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
