Driver Performance

Driver Performance.Fairly Measured.

The driver scorecard measures driving behaviour, eco efficiency and utilisation intensity per driver — based on real telemetry data, not estimates.

How It Works

How the Driver Score Is Calculated

01

Driving Data Recorded

Harsh braking, strong acceleration, sharp cornering and eco events are automatically detected by the GPS tracker and logged.

02

KPIs Calculated

Daily and period KPIs are automatically calculated: total trips, utilisation, eco score, harsh event count and trend development.

03

Score in the App

Drivers and fleet managers see the score directly in the app — with history, comparison and specific improvement suggestions.

Benefits at a Glance

Objective Rating

No gut feeling: scores are based on real sensor data. Drivers can understand and accept the results more readily.

Harsh Events

Hard braking, strong acceleration and sharp cornering are counted and feed into the score — protecting vehicles and passengers.

Eco Score

Fuel-efficient driving is rewarded. The eco score motivates drivers to drive more carefully and reduces operating costs.

Trend & History

See whether a driver is improving or declining — with daily and weekly history at a glance.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does the score consist of?
The score is made up of harsh events (braking, acceleration, cornering), eco driving, utilisation and regularity. Each category is transparently documented.
Can drivers see their own score?
Yes — drivers have access to their own score in the app and can view history and details. The fleet manager sees all drivers in comparison.
Can I compare drivers with each other?
The admin panel provides a ranking of all drivers that can be filtered by day and period.
What hardware is required?
A Teltonika GPS tracker is required for the scorecard. The optional seat sensor improves the accuracy of utilisation KPIs.
